Anytime any BPL gas is spent to mint Cores, 100% of the BPL gas is burned. Hence any and all inflationary event for Cores is deflationary event for BPLs.

Via x/brahma, BPL stakers vote to adapt emission rates and splits while taking into account contribution attribution.
